Packet Pick-Up
 Early Pick up will take place on  April 7, 2017 at 7:00am-6:00pm at Strictly Running
2515 Devine St. Columbia SC, 29205
 On site registration will be available starting at 6:00 am.
(Please Park in the surrounding streets. Please avoid parking on streets a part of the course.)

Award Ceremony will start at 8:30 am
(Overall winners not eligible for age-group awards)
10 Mile & 5k Event: Top 5 Overall male and female finishers.  Top 3 Overall Master/Grand Masters/Senior Masters/Veteran Masters male and female finishers. Awards to the top three male and female finishers in all age groups. All 10 Miler finsihers will receive a medal.

Top 3 males and females in the following catagories 2-10, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39,40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & Over

Water, Gatorade, Pineapple, Grapes, Strawberries, Cantaloupe and etc.

 The course will be marked with flour for each turn, Water Stops, Police Department/Volunteers will monitor the course. This is the USATF Long Distance Race Championship in the State of SC for 2017.

USATF Information
 This is the USATF Long Distance Race Championships in the State of South Carolina for 2017. Both the 5k and 10miler are championship events. You must be a USATF member to be eligible for the USATF award category. Awards will be given to the following: 3 deep overall open m/f 3 deep overall masters m/f age groups 3 deep with no double dipping 10 and Under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-80, 80+.
