2026  FALL TRAINING
 

Sunday, 7.31.2011 is the first brief meeting at 5:30pm.    

We will meet every Wednesday and Saturday.   8.1.11 - 11.5.11  for  14 weeks of Training

2026 Fall Training with Strictly Running is geared toward

We will get you ready for best run of your Life.  Please sign up online if you are interested.  Strictly Running accepts runners of all abilities and emphasizes cross-training as an important element to success.  Our groups will meet and run together twice a week and we will email a training regimen for each week leading up to the full or half marathon. We request that you be comfortable running a minimum of 4 miles a week and 1-4 miles at any one time before Start Date.

The Fall Training Group will meet Wednesdays and Saturdays.  Wednesdays we will meet Riverfront Park, 5:35pm.   Saturdays we will meet at Strictly Running at 736 Harden Street, in Five Points, 6:45am. There will also be selected runs at other locations to keep it interesting.  Speed work will take place at USC Track and MLK Park.  Hills workout will take place at Saluda Ave and Lee Street in Five Points.
