Tips for Online Group Registration
Read first before registering your Group!
Online Group entries end on 9/21/17
Here are a few tips to make registering your group online a snap!
- You must have 5 or more participants to qualify for a Group discount. Once you establish a team of 5 members you can add to it until Group Registration Closes on 9.21.2017.
- Make sure you have all the information you need for EACH participant in your group before registering.
You’ll need name, address, age, birth date, emergency contact and phone number and shirt size (among other data)
for everyone in your group.
- The person registering the group is considered the group captain. As group captain,
you will be able to pick your Group name. Please let everyone in your group know the group name.
- Please include an e-mail address for EACH participant in your group. Otherwise,
members of your group will not receive important e-mail updates with last-minute reminders and crucial race day information.
- The entire entry fee for group entries must be paid for online by the group captain at the time of registration. (Make sure you get reimbursed by your teammates!)
- There is a $2.65 processing fee per participant.
