Balance, Flexibility, Core Strength, & Endurance

You will learn yoga
in order to strengthen your muscles, ligaments, and tendons; open the joints;
and offer relief from the stresses of rigorous exercise. Whatever your sport,
you will learn about your stance, your balance, coordination, and breath, along
with injury prevention and wonderful stretches to help open your muscles and
create more mobility in your joints.

Please don't bring your yoga
mat, we HAVE them for you.
All levels of runners and walkers are welcomed. We especially like new runners and walkers!
